Where is your product from?

Cocopaque Coconut Oil is sourced from Southeast Asia in the Philippines.

What is the shelf life of Cocopaque Coconut Oil?

It is very stable with a shelf life of at least two years.

Do I need to store Cocopaque Coconut Oil in the fridge?

Refrigeration is not needed. It is recommended to store Cocopaque Coconut Oil in a cool dry place. The oil will liquefy at 76 degrees Fahrenheit, and will solidify at lower temperatures. It is safe and healthy to use in either state.

What are the small brown specks at the bottom of my Cocopaque Coconut Oil?

These are natural coconut fibers and are perfectly normal.

What other ingredients are in Cocopaque Coconut Oil?

Nothing - Cocopaque Coconut oil is 100% raw, organic, unrefined, cold pressed, virgin coconut oil. It is hexane free, non-GMO, and non hydrogenated.

ORDERS

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and Apple Pay.

ISSUES WITH PAY METHODS

If your credit card was declined, your information was entered incorrectly or there are issues with the card. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information regarding the decline.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After an order is placed, your order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during order placement. This email includes the order number and all order details. Once an order confirmation is received it means your order is being processed and cannot be canceled. A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all order details.  

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order by contacting customer service, however due to time differences, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before your order ships. If you have any questions about your order, please email info@cocopaque.com.

For security purposes, we are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If the shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return. 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped 3-4 business days after the order has been received.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number form a major carrier.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our product we unfortunately are not able to allow returns.

PROMOTION CODES / DISCOUNTS

Any promo or discount code must be entered in the discount box at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount before placing your order. You may use only one promo code per order and promo codes can only be redeemed once per person. Promo codes and discounts cannot be added to an order after it has been placed. All promo codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired. Promo codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
